The Guest House has 22 bedrooms and one double apartment, all with wash hand basins. Also available is a large en-suite apartment that can accommodate 3 people. Tea and coffee making facilities are in all rooms.

- Come off the M3 at Junction 4 onto the A325 towards Frimley.
- If you are travelling westbound (away from London and the M25), turn right at the roundabout towards Frimley (not the left turn, signposted Camberley) and take the left hand slip road signposted Frimley and Camberley.
- If you are travelling eastbound (towards London and the M25), turn right at the exit roundabout (do not turn left, signposted Camberley) and keep in the left hand lane. At the next roundabout take the left hand slip road signposted Frimley and Camberley.
- Turn left at roundabout onto the B3411 (Frimley Road).
- At the mini roundabout with an Esso garage on the left, turn right into Park Road.
- About 3/4 of a mile along the road you will come to a mini roundabout - go straight across; then take the second right into Tekels Avenue (Private Road).
- Follow this road along to the end and you will come to the entrance to the park with the notice on the left hand side.
Continue into the park, going past the large house on the right hand side, and take the first right hand turn towards the Guest House car park.
Map & Directions
Please note that there is a mistake on most of the online maps - it is not possible to get to the Guest House from Brackendale Road.
We charge the full rate of the booking for those who do not arrive or fail to give 48 hours notice of a cancellation. [At the discretion of the Manager.]
- You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 12:00 hours.

- The Guest House is 5 minutes by taxi from Camberley Station, 10 minutes by taxi from Blackwater Station and 15 minutes by taxi from Farnborough Station.
- Free car park for 20 cars.

Some rooms are available on the ground floor for easy access.

Three meeting rooms are available:
- The Newberry Room - Seating up to 45, theatre style or 22 with tables; the lecture room is airy with french windows opening onto the patio and lawn.
- The Lounge - Seating up to 15, the lounge offers a homely and informal atmosphere.
- The Library - Seating up to 6, it is ideal for groups who prefer an intimate setting.
Audio-Visual aids and broadband internet access are available.
